    GOOBS!!!!! it is weight lifting and cardio all in one! I will look it up real quick, but by the time I do I bet someone else will have answered this!

    really??? wow! I shoveled for about 25 minutes... and it was wet snow and heavy! so I will saw I burned about 200 cause it wasn't that deep:) thanks!

    :laugh: wow-that was my question-i couldn't figure it out last week and i wanted credit for 2 hrs total of shoveling and icepicking (had to open up a big place by bulkhead that hadn't been shoveled yet this winter. I knew i was sore!!!

    Shovelling doesn't count the way I do it. I wait for it to melt or my husband to do it.:laugh:

    Not only does shoveling count but so does snowblowing! I did both this morning for an hour and a half.
