Hi, I just joined and I must say I am pretty excited about this. I have very weak will power when it comes to food. I floated on metabolism for quit some time that I didn't have to think much about how, when or what I ate. This is going to very tough but interesting.

    Hello, I'm a newbie to the site too. Looking forward to meeting some new people and sharing some great success in our goals to get healthy and fit.
    I'm a mom of two girls, 12 and 3....work full time outside the home and have strugged with my weight all my life...I've done and tried everything. Now am feeling a physical need to get some quickly gained weight off and to move and participate more in my life. I'm 43 and need to keep up with my young girls! I'm MOM not Grandma!

    I'm new too! Just wanting to tone up and maybe lose a few. I have been working out for a while. Anyone know where to get calories burned for 10 minute workouts DVDs? Thanks and good luck to everyone!
