I'm just about to start month 2 of Insanity and I have lost so many inches and feel like i'm in the best shape of my life..i had planned on starting P90X after I finish this, but here's my question:
Will I lose some of the cardio strength/power/whatever i've gained while doing P90X? should I do the hybrid instead? Will I miss out on some of hte strength training on P90X if I do the hybrid instead?
Looking for some experience to help me out here...
thanks!

I'd love to hear some responses as well. I'm currently in week 4, and am down 2% in body fat - lost an inch around my waist and and inch and a half from each thigh! I'm hoping the second half is just as awesome, if not more so - the Max workouts are FIERCE!0

Most people do P90X and then move onto Insanity. I have done both programs. You will lose some cardio doing P90X, but not enough to make a huge difference. You may put on a tad bit of weight doing P90X, because you will be building lean muscle mass. However I am under the firm belief (and it is what I advise the people I coach) that you should not do a hyrbid program until you complete the program once. So once you are done, move onto P90X. If you feel you are not getting enough cardio you could always throw in a run once or twice a week on top of what you are already doing.
Hope this helps, any questions message me.
