Hello , My first day on MyFitnessPal!

Hi All! :happy: I have been working hard on my weight loss since January 1st , (my new years resolution) I am down 26 pounds thus far! I weigh in ONE time a month and have about 12 days until my next weigh in..I am nervous and excited to see how much I have lost this month!! I am always looking for new friends and I am here to motivate! Looking forward to getting to know everyone!

    I have found lots of great information using MFP. You will really enjoy it.
    I have it on my phone as well, it comes in handy when I am at the gym.
