weight loss goals

How is everyone setting them on here?? I see SW and then 1st goal weight and then so on.. I have searched and searched and cant find it!!!!!I want to set some goals :(

    Are you talking about at the bottom of their reply? You need to edit your signature to do that. (Right underneath: Message Boards>>Introduce Yourself>>??)

    If you're talking about the goals themselves...I picked dates that were significant to me, estimated about how much weight I SHOULD lose by that point, and made it a goal.
