    Wow a very noticeable difference! Keep up the good work! Can anyone tell me if we should or should not eat extra calories earned from exercise? I am getting VERY frustrated doing cardio at least 5 days a week and weight training 2 to 3 days a week and the scale shows nothing! I won't give up but it's very frustrating after working SO hard in the gym!

    @surtec: I try to eat exercise calories back most of the time. Seems to work for me!

    Try measuring yourself, you may be loosing inches. I eat back my calories as well, I am more focused on toning up not losing weight. I am 5' 10" and don't want to look too skinny. BTW kmcoulon how tall are you. Your weight loss is coming along great. Keep up the good work.
