    Dont give up, Dont think cause you did badly one day that you ruined the whole thing, cause you didnt, it was one day, get right back on track the next day. SWEAT, ALOT And OFTEN dont phone it in, you wont get the results you want if you do. Dont lie , be honest with your foods, you are only lying to yourself if you are not . Just keep doing it, sooner or later it will become habit, it wont seem so hard, and you may even enjoy it. :drinker:
