ok guys, I'm here again.

In 5 mins, 1.30 UK time, pick a tune and boogie for 5 mins.

It'll make you feel so good! Thinking about all the other nutters dancing in their kitchens and work places too!

Plus..... You can log it and burn off 30-60 cals for just 5 teeny mins!

    Now I'm dancing to this one too - this is one of my favorites! The Blues Brothers Revue at Universal Studios plays this a lot and it is so much fun watching everyone shake their tail feather!

    I just did it!! It's 13:45 and I danced to two songs because one was too short! I danced to Goldie Lookin' Chain, Short Term and Paranoia!!! And not only have I burned calories but I now no longer want to do drugs because I don't want to lose my memory or be fierce annoying with paranoia! It's WIN WIN!!!!!

    sounds good- I am normally not an Enrique fan but I like that one- unfortunately here in Belgium they have started to play the "uncensured" version and the loving you has been replaced by the f- word- it ruins the song I think :noway: :ohwell:

    A friend of mine for a while, I don't know if he still does, had an alarm on his phone that would remind him to stop what he was doing and dance for a couple minutes. He sure did it, too.
