I went up to Boston yesterday for the Greater Boston AutismWalk..and met up with Ali and her son Nick who some of you know, is Autistic! What a great day! A wonderful cause and I got to meet one of my best buddies on here!!

    LOL! No, we didn't get the blueberry iced coffee from Dunkin Donuts! She DID have a warm vanilla one though!! :wink: :laugh:

    That's probably a good thing...I think there have been numerous catfights on here over those things...LOL:tongue::laugh: You two both look great!     A small town outside of Toledo. I was born in Fremont, OH. I grew up in Oak Harbor, OH. We moved to FL about 4 years ago, lived in Ocala for 1 1/2 years, moved back to Columbus for 4 months(I got homesick) until I got laid off, and the company offered me a job down here in SC. Been here for about 2 years now.

    FREMONT?? NO way-- my Great Aunt Melinda lived in Fremont-- I have cousins, "The Stadler's" live in Columbus-- heck, I have relatives all over the state, Lima, Van Wert, Gibsonburg, Columbus, Ottawa-Glandorf-- you name it, I have someone there--

    Not anymore-- when I was a kid we were back there all the time visiting grandparents, et cetera-- but my folks retired south and being so far away from the Ohio cousins, I never developed a close enough relationship with them on my own to stay in touch and do the whole visiting thing.

    I'm in Northern Indiana, about 1/2 hour east of South Bend. I just have to jump on the toll road and I'm heading to Toledo! In fact, we spent Labor Day weekend at Maumee Bay State Park. It was so much fun and it's one of our favorite places to camp.

    My husband's family lives in central Ohio also, about 1/2 way between Mansfield and Canton. So, we're in Ohio many times during the year.

    Got some good friends that live outside of Columbus too.

    (Wait, wasn't this thread about Tami & Ali??? :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

    No, actually we didn't do too much walking because it was COOOLDD!! And Ali had made sammiches and some pasta salad...so we had that!! She had cookies and chips too!! SHHH!!! :laugh:

    Trust me, I don't just eat salad! hahaha! :wink:
