CAN ANYONE RECOMMEND BUTT EXERCISES THAT YOU HAVE TRIED & LIKED?

    butt crunches. get on your hands and knees and lift either leg back or sideways and up towards the ceiling. it works your glutes really well.
  • Yeah, I do believe that lunges and squats really do help. And they don't take a lot of effort. Just get in the mode of doing several reps a day and it will definitely help! Good luck!!

  • I did the Kettlebell Workout - Legs & Butts for a few months now and I can definitely feel the difference!
    My jeans are looser now, not only at my butt and thighs, but also my waist! Highly recommended. :wink:
