Ok you guys, I feel like I am being punked! :laugh:
I have been first twice this week and it worries me :noway:
Hope everyone's Monday is going well so far, I got in 3.75 miles today and I am feeling great

between my kids and myself being sick these past couple of weeks, my exercise has tanked. But, everyone is well again, so getting back to it. Going to do The Firm Boot Camp dvd tonight, then get up and run in the morning. I'm still here, just trying to get back into the groove.

I ran 2 miles this morning..0 -
No run for me.
My.......knees hurt, toes hurt, back hurts, lower stomach hurts...
I could go on. But the worst is the chafing.
I'm taking a rest day and will go back to it tomorrow.0 -
Hey runners! I went a little over 3 today. It was slow... but at least I made it.0

No running for me today but I did a trail run yesterday. That was fun. We ran through the woods and got lost a couple of times but we eventually made it out of the woods.0

I didn't run today. My knee hurts a bit when I go upstairs...I can't really pinpoint where the discomfort is coming from. Walking and everything is fine, and I could still do leg day today. I did a MUCH easier leg day this week because last week I was too sore to run the next day. Then I spent 10 minutes on the bike before doing a looooooong stretching session.
I'm going to run 4 miles tomorrow.0 -
I'm here! Went to the Y this morning for a 30 min elliptical + 600 yd swim. All I had time for, I got squeezed in to the Dr. to check on my calf issue.
I went in to get it checked out I've been feeling more of a lump in my calf and the foam roller/ massage has been killing me!! He wanted to make sure I didn't have a blood clot, so I had to go to the hospital for an ultrasound. She said they wouldn't let me leave if I did have a blood clot, so I'm assuming it was not since I'm home now. So... the Dr. said if that wasn't it, it is more than likely where my tendon/ calf connect. He is sending me to physical therapy to get it checked out and hopefully they can do some ultrasound therapy/ massage that will get me back to running!!
I'm ok for the elliptical/ biking/ swimming/ anything that doesn't keep me on my toes (running, stair master, etc). So... that made me happy. Now to see when I can get in for PT.

No run for me today; I did chest and shoulders this morning. Plan to do abs tonight, but I won't get home until 7:30, so that's a maybe.
Jess: Take care of that leg! It's sure been giving you some trouble for awhile. Glad no blood clot.
Sherry: The trail run sounds like FUN!
Firegirl: I hope that chafing settles down. That is a very yucky feeling :grumble:
Katie: Slow and steady-that's me too! Congrats on the 3.
Margie: Sorry to hear everyone was so sick. Welcome back. Don't overdo it too soon!

I am trying to decide my running schedule. I really want to focus on P90X, but my relay team is talking me into ( ) a 7 mile cross country run the Sat. before Thanksgiving-muddy, wet, and tons of fun-so they say :noway:

Teach, my running group talked me into a 10k mud run on 11/8. I was told the same thing..... "Come on,it will be fun." I am not so sure about that.0

Ran 5.5 miles this evening at the gym.
