YES! Mine has.....I am only eating good carbs (no breads) and I am rarely hungry! I have found that the more carbs I eat, the more I want and I am hungry all of the time. Since I have cut those out I am not hungry except when it is time to eat!

    YES!
For the first year I was consumed with thoughts of calories, daily limits, relearning how to shop, prepare, and eat healthier . . . so because food was on my mind a lot, it was hard to control my appetite at times. I have now slipped into a "groove" and don't have to think about it so much. I can actually eat without running to MFP to log it first to see how it will effect my day and micro nutrient totals.

My dedication to this over the last year has had the added benefit of changing my appetite. My body has gotten used to this calorie level and my appetite has certainly slowed down.

When you work hard to eat right, and within calories, and exercise you really don't want to "undo" all that hard work and overeat.

Yes! I'll want to eat something.. then only have a few bites and be done.. I was a finish your plate type of girl.. but now 5 bites in and I'm just don't want anymore.. it almost becomes too tedious to eat.. it's weird. Has yours changed? How so?

Mine has changed as well. The foods I am eating fill me up, I am not nearly as hungry as I used to be. And I can tell the difference now between real hunger and boredom. And here lately, I'm having to eat more just to raise my calorie count because it's too low.
