Hello all. I am new on MFP. I was wondering, if I skip a day and forget to write in my foods what do I do? Does it just ignore the day? And do I have to keep weighing myself or does MFP automatically adjust your weight? Thanks for the help everyone.:heart:

  • Do a once a week weigh in or bi-weekly or even once a month. When you do weigh yourself you will need to update your weight yourself. Click on my home and then click on check in, and then enter your weight
  • on your home page click on food and then you will see where it says the month the day, and the year. Click on where it says the day and scroll up or down until you get to the date you want and click on it and then click where it says change date. Now you are ready to start making your food journel.

    It is fine to skip a day. Calories (over or under your goal) don't roll over into the next day.

    It is best to try and log every day so you get an acurate picture of what you have been doing, but if you can't at any time then you can just start up when you get back to it.

    I didn't use MFP for a few months and when I decided to come back it was right here waiting for me.
