Has anyone tried any? I'm curious about the one called Healthy Trim. I seriously thought about it, but then I read into it and you take the pill and then eat 2 really small meals all day. Sorry, I need to eat!

In my opinion, and I'm no expert, but there is no quick fix pill to good, healthy weight loss. As much as I wish there was, exercising and just watching what you eat works the best. It helps you make it a lifestyle change instead of just a way to lose the weight temporarily. I think with the diet pills, most people would just gain all the weight back after stopping taking them.0

Please don't take these. They can be very dangerous. Also, if the were all that successful - we would all be thin!0

i take hydroxycut.....i dont take it everyday but i do take it when i do insanity so that i have the energy to get through the entire workout...it works0

it really depends on how you look at them, if you look at them as i am gonna take this pill and be skinny , no not gonna work.
but if you use it as a part of eating better, and excersising then yes, but you got to thinjk of it as 95% your effort.0 -
not to mention it is really hard to find a pill that you can trust and really know the side effects. I used to fall into their advertising gimmiks and even when they would say certain ingredients weren't in them - if you looked hard enough they were there just maybe disguised. I already have heart issues and certainly don't need any more help. As it was said early, maybe for a quick fix they may work but the weight will come back and it really is better to go slow and steady and win the battle not just a small piece of it.0

it does help. i took the entire bottle of oxyelite pro and worked out intense for the last 2 months and ive lost 24 lbs. Im currently not taking it anymore as i ran out but instead im doubling my workouts as a replacment. But you need to eat right and that whole starving thing is STUPID. I have only eatin 900-1100 cals for almost 3 months(since ive been deployed) and i have not had any negative affect except for not wanting to eat like i did to gain all this weight. I know its not heatlhy and i realize it but once i get back to the states and im at the weight im happy with ill "eat heatlhy 3 times a day" and flex my weight from there.
idk if that helps.. but i had to get that out for some reason lol0 -

oh and to add.. if you DO take oxyelite DRINK ALOT OF WATER if you dont the upset stomach comes out and you will feel like crap and dizzy. So always have water with you not soda or diet or tea.. WATER and you will notice after 90 days of oxy... you only want water and soda becomes nasty and just makes you burp.0 -
In my opinion, only thing that really works for me... calorie counting. And some exercise to shape the things up! But healthy eating and counting calories was the only thing that seriously worked.0

That's the only one I'd recommend. I know military guys and athletes who use it to drop weight fast, and it stays off. You just have to put the work in. **Please see a doctor before taking ANYTHING** Very important. The natural way has been tried and tested, proven that it works.. but always takes time.0 -
I've tried a bunch of them mainly back when most had ephedrine in them, and yes, back then they did work and they worked well. Were they safe? Definitely not. I remember getting massive heart palpitations and just basically was shakey all the time.
Honestly, do they work now without ephedrine? No, the mass majority don't0 -
Well I have been taking Adipex that is prescribed by my cardiologist. It really just curbs my appetite enough so that I don't snack during the day and at home after work. I still eat breakfast-7:00 (banana) snack 9:30- (breakfast bar) Lunch (smart one or lean cuisine)- Snack (popcorn) Dinner- varies- I try to stick to 1200 calories a day. I also do TaeKwanDo 4 nights a week for 45 minutes and burn around 350 to 400 calories. I have lost 25 lbs in about 3 month. The weight loss is very slow & steady. I really am trying to eat foods that I am going to continue to eat after I get to my goal weight! The only drawback from Adipex is it gives me a headache, so I am trying to take 1 every other day. Other than that no real problems...Hope this helps0

I know how frustrating it can be when the scale is not moving as fast as you want it to or you are not seeing the results of your hard work. Be patient and that is coming from someone who lacks that but had to learn with weight loss that is one of your most valuable assets only top by your willpower. IMHO, Diet pills are Harzadous to your health. Manufacturers don't have to divulge all that are in the product because they are considered as supplements.
Not to sound to o cliche but Weight loss is about Calories in vs Calories out no matter how you dissect it. If you are looking to be the healthiest version of yourself than better go about it the slow way. Skinny does not mean healthy. Heart palpitations, jitters, insomnia are just a few of the side effects.0 -
