Hi all,
Not really sure what to write, just wanted to say hi, I'm hoping to lose 20lbs and I've joined this site to mainly make myself accountable to something! Changing jobs from one which was very active to a desk job and quitting smoking hasn't done me any good fat wise. Have to admit starting this on a weekend where I've eaten badly! Hoping to make this sustainable and so aiming to work out 3 times a week and eat healthy!
