figuring out calories burned?

Hey guys- can anyone help me out with how to figure out total calories burned if you dont have a heart rate monitor?

Go to the Exercise tab, find the workout activity you completed and enter the time spent.0

I personally would suggest in spending the money to get a HRM. I have noticed that some of the exercises I have logged in are too many calories burned in MFP and some are too few. My HRM has helped me get a better count.0

Definately invest in a HRM...my calories burned can be up to 200 calories off...like MFP says I burnt 400 cals when it was really 200...HUGE difference.0
