Hi,
If there is already a thread on this topic, I would like to join it. Otherwise, I would like to start one. I lost my weight and have maintained it for 3 years. And, yet when I look in the mirror I still see an overweight me. I get on the scale and see a number I didn’t think I would ever see again, yet maintain it, but I still feel I should lose more.
Is there anyone else out there struggling with this? I know it’s a self-image and body perception issue mixed in with a passion for food that makes it hard to maintain the weight loss. YIKES!

I sometimes feel that way, but I suggest you get your body fat measured and see where you actually are. I have managed to get down to 14.5% body fat currently which is an excellent range for a male.0
