I'm back after a year...

I am back after a year "off". Went through a pretty traumatic time last summer in my relationship and lost 10lbs. I have kept it off, but now would like to keep it going without trauma :). And my 28 year old sister wants me (41) in her wedding and she wants me to wear a short sundress with cowboy boots! I do NOT want to be the old, fat sister in the wedding. So there you have it.
