Calories in Grapes??

Why are there two different (and very drastically varied) numbers for the calories in grapes. How do I know which one I'm eating...

It's either 63 calories in 1 cup
or 110 calories in 1 cup ??

Why?

How can I tell the difference?
Which one am I eating?

Any info would be great - thanks!

Hey lady,
Some of these nutritional charts are wrong. People like you and me, and anyone else in the world can add a new food into this site and screw up the count. I have corrected a few food items that were wrong on here before. Here is some info about grapes:

They are different grapes. The one is listed just a grapes, probably with seeds, but not a really helpful listing as there are a whole bunch of different grapes and their nutritional information will be different.

The other link you gave is from seedless grapes. A much more helpful listing as seedless grape are a specific type of grape.
