Hi everyone

my name is shell and after having a baby 5 months ago ive decided its time i get my bum into gear and lose weight

this site was reccommended to me so thought id give it a shot

    Good luck! I have a one year old, i started back up about 12 weeks ago, ive lost almost 25lbs this is a great site :)
