1st i want to thank everyone for taking time out of their day to read this. ive lost 12 lbs. within the last 3-4 weeks. i was expecting my period around the time i started with my weightloss 3-4 weeks ago. i am now about 3-4 weeks late!!. ( im not pregnant) did anyone else have this problem nd if soo is this a good or bad thing!?. &;; when did your normal peroid return?!.

yes, this can be normal for some women. i can say you're one of the lucky ones, b/c i had 2 a month when i started working out 5-7 days a week! EEK! it may take a couple months for your body to regulate again, but this is common. : ) SO LIVE IT UP!0

Mine has gotton so weird lately since i've started to weight train more.I'm thinking its just adjusting.0

yes, you are lucky! I have had the longest period EVER when I started working out so I guess all our bodies are different in responding to change!0

its normal to not have a period when you start working out. mine came back eventually and has been fine since then.0

Yes this has happened to me, usually when I really started amping up my workout routine.0

I had that happen and I had some spotting too but it's mostly due to my birth control pill. I'm sure it's normal but maybe you should talk to your dr about it.0

when i first started my TOM was all messed up, i was getting it 2 times a month OMG ..i even went to my doctor thinking i was pregnant but she said its just hormonal they switched my pills. Thank Goodness i have a 2 yr old, dont want another for awhile lol0

Very normal. No need to worry. However, if it persists or gets too irregular, you may want to talk to your gyno just so you don't get TOO out of whack. Congrats on your progress :flowerforyou:0
