Workout at your desk!

If you're a cubicle warrior like I am, then you may wonder what you can do to get some exercise in during some long days at your desk. Here are some exercise you can do to pass the time! Also, you can do lunges, squats, standing inner/outer thigh... but one my favorites is that every time I use the restroom, I do no less than 75 incline pushups on the bathroom counter. In some or the bathrooms, there are benches that I'm able to do tricep dips on. Try putting some of these exercises in your daily routine, wait a week.... and I'm sure you'll see results just like I have! Hope this helps some of you! : )

    Great idea!! One thing I also do is I work on the bottom of a 5 story building so each time I go to the bathroom I also climb all flights of stairs and then back down. :)

    I "walk in place" once the boss leaves for his a.m. rounds. I try to get 15 min. in. It gets the heart pumpin - depending upon the speed I can even manage to sweat a little. . . and all day long while sittin at the desk butt clenches & keegals (spell?) off n on.

    My luck I'll do the Lion Face and someone will walk in my office while I'm doing it, lol. I don't even know how I'd explain that. I'm laughing just thinking about it!

    hahahaha with all the water i drink, i already spend enough time in the potty! haha!
