Mini Yellow Corn tortillas

I was wondering if anyone has any meals they would like to share with me? I have many pakages of mini yellow corn tortillas (the mission brand) and they need to get used but I don't even know where to begin. I'd love to make something for dinner tonight using them. Thanks in advance!

    We've heated them and added black beans, salsa, low fat yogurt, tomatoes, and shredded lettuce.

    You could spread some hummus on them and fill with shredded carrots or even some bean sprouts. Would make for a crunchy treat!
