How is it...

That my BMR is approx. 1900 calories, I eat between 1500 and 1600 daily and work out 6 days a week with each work out being 400 to 500 calorie burns and I gain weight or stay the same for 9 consecutive weeks? I eat no processed, pre-made, boxed or canned foods, (ok, tuna in water) refined sugars or flours, and drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. Depending on the day I will either do 50 minutes of cardio ( treadmill workouts with incline training) then arms and abs or the workout designed with my personal trainer which includes rapidly paced and various weightlifting moves and floor work for an hour. I really don't know what else to do. I'm 277 and this stuff just ain't movin!!! I'm committed and will continue to do this but throw me a bone here!!! I don't want to do meal replacements because of all the additives and stuff. I feel that in over 2 months I should have seen at least a 10 lb loss. I've got only 4 to show for all this work. Very discouraged. Tell me something good!!!

This is just a part of it! please read the link above
Generally someone with a BMI over 32 can do a 1000 calorie a day (2 lbs a week) deficit
With a BMI of 30 to 32 a deficit of 750 calories is generally correct (about 1.5 lbs a week)
With a BMI of 28 to 30 a deficit of 500 calories is about right (about 1 lb a week)
With a BMI of 26 to 28 a deficit of about 300 calories is perfect (about 1/2 lb a week)
and below 26... well this is where we get fuzzy. See now you're no longer talking about being overweight, so while it's still ok to have a small deficit, you really should shift your focus more towards muscle tone, and reducing fat. This means is EXTRA important to eat your exercise calories as your body needs to KNOW it's ok to burn fat stores, and the only way it will know is if you keep giving it the calories it needs to not enter the famine response (starvation mode)
Good luck on your journey0 -
Eat more. Try eating your BMR calories for a couple of weeks then go back down. And you should be eating your exercise calories to ensure you are properly fueling your body for all the working out.0

Two things are in my thoughts, first and foremost have you seen a Dr? There could be something going on here...thyroid?
the other is you just may be at a plateau and just have patience and you will see a big lose when you get past it. Keep trying dont give up!!!::happy:0
