Im having trouble keeping track of calories, fiber, fat, carbs, and sodium at the same time. If I were to pick only two (plus calories) which would be the best two!?.

All five are very important. It's impossible to hit all targets exactly. Just stay within your allowed calories and get as close as possible to the other goals.0
