For those of you that have hit a plateau and have conqured it by calorie cycling, how long of calorie cycling did you have to do before you seen a break through?

A good way to not plateau for a while would be.... about every week or every two weeks you should have a "cheat day". This doesnt mean eat anything you want! It means you have to plan ahead and know what youre going to have that day. It will break it up a little so your body doesn't get used to eating less calories.0

I use every other saturday or occasionally 2 in a row depending on what is going on (ie bday parties) as my cycle day. I still watch what I eat but eat however many "healthy" calories I want, and will enjoy some wine or a few beers. So far it has worked great for me, I havent hit a plateau and I'm down 34lbs0
