Hi
I have been on MFP for a few weeks and seem to be doing ok, but don't have many friends yet. Feels a bit strange requesting friends who are complete strangers but I guess we are all in this together and obviously here for the same reason.
This year I decided I would take control of my life and I want this to be the best year ever! Enough is enough and I really want to lose the weight and keep it off for good. Sometimes it is hard to stay focused and keep motivated, but I am really trying.
I am from England and would love to hear from anyone anywhere! If you would like to chat or motivate each other I would love to hear from you!

    I feel the same way. I used MFP last year just for logging food. Now I'm back and think having friends here will help me get back on track.
