Hi. I was wondering if anyone knew around how many calories I'd burn jumping on a trampoline? We have a huge trampoline, one of those gymnastic ones that we keep up for about half the year & i'm sure that'd be a great exercise!

  • get a heartrate monitor!! thenyoull know the real calories...sounds fun!!!
  • Calories burned depend on your weight and intensity level as well as length of time you jumped. If you can fit it into your budget I would suggest purchasing an HRM so that it will calculate everything exact for you based on your on heart rate and vital stats.

How many would you burn screaming in agony after you missed the landing if you weighted 165?
