Hi. I was wondering if anyone knew around how many calories I'd burn jumping on a trampoline? We have a huge trampoline, one of those gymnastic ones that we keep up for about half the year & i'm sure that'd be a great exercise!

Calories burned depend on your weight and intensity level as well as length of time you jumped. If you can fit it into your budget I would suggest purchasing an HRM so that it will calculate everything exact for you based on your on heart rate and vital stats.0
