    Hi! I live in New Jersey, and started on my weightloss plan jan 1st. lost 5 pounds the first 2 weeks, and gained 4 last week. I'm not pleased!

    I found this site because they had a good iphone app that I'm testing... maybe that will keep me inline!

    No more excuses!

    I'm currently at 189 pounds and would like to hit 150 by june 30th

    I'm actually in CA pretty frequently I'm in the wine business, and yes, plenty of excuses there when I need them! At home I could ultra healthy except for the calories in excess wine! For the first time I actually even measured out my 5 oz pour to match the oz size on the food log... That's a small pour for someone in my business!
