I don't like eggs, but I want to have a cheese bread for dinner. It has like 2 eggs in it. What can I replace it with?
I used flax seed in a cake and it ended up really crumbly. 3 T water and 1 T flax.

Ener G makes a great egg replacer. It's vegan and gluten free. I use it in cakes, cookies, and brownies and works great. You can find it the organic section in many grocery stores.0
