Me either - probably a good idea to get a Heart Rate Monitor!

You're asking for an exact answer for which there is none. The answer is ...

it depends...on the person doing the exercise...the variables are intensity and heart rate during the exercise.

To get YOUR answer for YOUR body, you will need a heart rate monitor.
  • Depends on your weight and oxygen consumption. To have an accurate number you'll need a heart rate monitor.

you could log that as light calisthenics! but i recommend a heart monitor (one with a chest strap). it's really made my exercise fun to see how many calories i've burned each time :)
  • I would advise you to invest in a HRM "heart rate monitor" That would help you out a lot.
But the best thing is to get your time, and then go into exercises and add in Callanetics.. I hope I spelled that right..
And see if that won't help you out any. I think it could be less than 100... But it really depends on how long and your heart rate while doing it.
  • Polar f6 is a heart rate monitor you can get it online for less than 90 dollars..
Then wal mart has one that is called SPORTLINE range from 28-59 dollars..
They are really good tools. I have both.. One for when I do out sid work..
Wally World one, and my Polar f6 with the chest band from A SPORTING GOODS store 99 dollars..
