better shape better sex?

Hi!

I've noticed that the more in shape I am the better my sex-life is. Even by oneself, it just feels better than when I was less fit.

This is also a motivation for me.

What about you? notice any difference? either by yourself or with your partner?

    I have to agree 100 percent.. LIGHTS ON.. ADD A MIRROR some john legend and not only are you into your partner but also more confident with yourself.. Awesome feeling.. I AGREE
