So I am New too this and i think it great because my fiance does weight watchers and i wanted to do it but i dont want to pay for it, and i came across this site on theknot.com and i think its just great.. so here goes my first question... i am a waitrees but my waitressing is different...different as in i am on my feet non-stop for 8-9 hours straight.. no exaggeration .. and i watn to work out but my legs are always so tired and dont want to do anything.. any ideas on how to work out without over working my legs? my main goal is just my tummy.

  • Yoga might be good, it's a good core (tummy) workout and will probably feel great considering you on your feet all day!

You could swim or do Pilates.

Jillian Michaels style punches - work your arms and your obliques at the same time!
