MFP and Facebook

What happens when you link MFP to your Facebook? What gets posted in FB? I'd like for my FB friends to know that I'm using MFP, but I don't want them to see any personal info like weight, exercise, food, etc...

    The only thing it has put on my FB page is when I complete my Food and exercise it posts to my page if I was under my calorie goal.

    Go to Home > Settings > Facebook/Twitter sharing settings
