Stop eating so bad, so much!

I know it ain't anything surprising or special for anyone else than me, but now that I've started MFP, I haven't eaten fast food, chips or any other junk food including pop (save for a very, very small piece of cake I made from a cake making class) since March 17. I also stopped overeating which I would do in the wee hours of the night by stuffing my face with high caloric foods or big leftover meals.

I can say that I'm much more active and awake during the day ever since I started counting my calories, and in just over a week I already lost 11 lbs by being more conscious about food, which I would NEVER thought I'd be able to accomplish such a thing.

Anything is possible at this point, and I just hope this goes on for ever. Heck, I'm even motivating my mom by staying healthy this way...

    Yep, I'm far from perfect, but compared to where I was a month ago, so much better. This site is awesome and it really makes me accountable for what I eat.
