Hello everyone, this is my first post so forgive me if I'm not doing this right!
I was just wondering if it bad to go to the gym everyday? I don't know what it is but i cant seem to stop myself!
Anywho, any comments would help

People say you should rest one day a week at least, but I think the important thing is to not do hard exercise every day, especially things like weightlifting. Muscles need time to repair, so rest muscles. Your whole body, on the other hand, can probably handle some light exercise every day if that feels good to you. If you're burning out, then start resting more often.

It's fine to go to the gym everyday, but don't do the same thing you did the day before. For example: M-W-F work your lower body and T-TH-S do your upper body. Or M-W-F do cardio and T-TH-S do strength training. I wish I had your problem! I usually have to force myself to hit the gym!!! Hope this helped. Good luck!0

Exercise every day is okay, so long as you allow your muscles enough time to recover between work outs, eat enough protein and drink enough water. If you don't know what you're doing, ask a trainer at your gym.0
