hello! just joined and i am already very impressed with this site. i did the input for the foods i ate for breakfast and lunch and was amazed at how quick it added up to my "target" caloric intake for the day. am i supposed to subtract the calories i burn from the calories eaten to get my total for the day? if so, that means i get to eat something decent for dinner. maybe i will just stick with the vegetable broth anyway. i read something today that recommends no carbs at all 3 hours before bed. what do you guys think? would that include carbs from fruit and veggies too?0

Wishing good luck to everyone. I am trying to lose 100 big ones the healthy way. I have severe back trouble. I have been going to a pain clinic and it has helped to a point but its not solving the problem. Hopefully the wieght lose will give me enough relief to stop having to get those spinal injections and pain meds. Its getting old very old.0
