Getting into that routine

I've been on a little bit of a plateau, only lost about one pound in the past 2 weeks. Thing is, I know that it's because I haven't gotten into a good, consistent work out routine. I'm a full time student carrying 18 credits, as well as working part time. I have difficulty finding time to get my workout in between work, classes, and homework, then when I'm not doing those things all I really find myself wanting to do is relax. I KNOW I'm not the only one who has experienced this, everybody has things going on in their lives. I'm not trying to make excuses, I want to know what you guys did to nail down your workouts so I can get back on track!

Do you have a workout buddy? Can you study while on a bike or elliptical? Maybe you can even tape your lectures and listen to them while doing yoga? :)

I wonder if you could find a good 20 min workout like the 30 day shred to do in your room? I burn about 220 calories in 20 min of the Shred DVD- it is great and I am done for the day!

Good luck- you can do it! You sound motivated and that is the first start!

I never thought of studying while working out! That sounds like a great idea! Thanks so much!
