I've set a mini Goal

Ok so I've decided to set a mini goal for myself. By April 28th. I would like to be 165lbs 1 pound short of my first 20lbs. With MFP I think it will be a breeze. I am not dieting so I don't feel deprived. I have established a great support system with my MFP family and I'm totally loving my awareness to portions. I really didn't think that a 12lb loss would be as exciting and easy as this journey has been. My hubs is feeling more energetic and his levels are sooo much better. He's reduced his insulin intake by 2cc's!!!!! Many people at work noticed my weight loss today. I thought my clothes was looser but not so noticeable. My mini goal is just that a goal. If I achieve it and surpass it Great, If I come close to it Great If I don't achieve it (which I doubt) I will accept it but not give up. Wish me luck everyone.
