Hello, I am pretty much here to lose weight and get in shape. I did not know how much i was out of shape until I started working out. I have a lot of belly fat and no idea on how to lose it. Cardio, you say.. ok! I hate cardio! lol I dont like running treadmill, but I know that it is something i must do, to reach my weight goal. My biggest issue is eating right!! I know i am not alone on this one. Once you are in a habit of eating whatever you want, it kinda hard to discipline yourself. But i am determine. I have no support system, so Im a motivating myself over and over again everyday! Good luck on your healty living.

    Welcome...this website is a great support system. Keep track of your food you eat...once you see how much you are eating and what you are eating you will be surprise. Than you will start cutting back to reach your calorie goal. Take one day at a time and I am here for you. We are in this together. I have 70 pounds to lose and I am going to do this and you can too
