    Wow do you ever look wonderful. I have a tummy & when I get undressed I wonder if I will ever get to where I am not embarrassed to see myself with no clothes. I have always thought that my stomach shouldn't stick out further than my breasts, I know so silly but after three pregnancies I have just always thought that I will look like this forever. YOU ARE VERY INSPIRING !!! Thank-you, I hope to see some difference by summer.:love:

    All ive done is use MFP for calorie counting..and then do cardio with Just Dance on the Wii..now i try to do some toning with a 20 pound kettle bell...its hard :(!!

    My tattoos havent been affected,i was worried about it...!!

    THANK YOU EVERYONE!!! It was hard to post the before pics...but i want people to see its possible, and also to see what real people look like after weight loss.

    you've really inspired to keep working toward my goal. I've only lost 25lbs and that's after over a year on MFP. If i would work harder and be more consistent I would have met my goal by now but I keep giving into excuses and setting myself back. Every summer I say I wanna be in a bikini, but this time I mean it! I already bought it and damn it I better look good in it by summer time!
