I've lost over 10 lbs now and MFP is asking me this question. Should I?

    I recalculate every time I lose a few #, it pushes my calories down (unless you're at 1200 cals) and then I can adjust my diet.

    I need to lose over 30 lbs more.

    If you don't you will lose at a slower rate. If you do, it adjusts your calories so as to lose the amount you said you wanted to lose per week.
