Creating a New Body!

Changing your body is NOT easy. There are three major components that will enable you to create a new body – a new body that will help you to feel better about yourself – a new body that will be admired by others. Here are the three components:
1. Exercise
2. Eating Program
3. Sleep
Although exercise is listed first, it is not the most important. The most important component to your body changing program is your eating program or diet. The truth is that you can workout and exercise until the cows come home, but if you are eating poorly, you will not see the reduction in body fat and waist size.
Don’t get me wrong exercise is super important for a whole host of other reasons that realte to good health and it is certainly essential for looking your best after you lose the fat.
So keep trying until you find the right key for the right hole.
