What's for dinner?

It's still so early on the west coast, but I'm curious. . .what are YOU having for dinner tonight? I have chicken breasts thawed, and some broccoli, mushrooms and snap peas that need to be used up.

I haven't decided what we're having tonight - either something pork or chicken.... But you could take what you have, cook up some noodles (whole wheat, or regular) & add a little bit of alfredo sauce for a hearty, low-cal meal. I've taken whatever veggies I had in the house & threw them together w/ the chic. & sauce. Yum!

    Asparagus Pasta

Sauteed asparagus and mushrooms in olive oil with chicken. Served over whole wheat linguine. :) It's a new recipe, I'm excited to try it.
