Hello,
I'm new to My Fitness Pal and so far so good, I love it!!
I just ideally need some more good low fat and low calorie recipies, I seem to struggle as to what to cook and what little snacks I can have etc...if anyone has any I could look at I would really appreciate it :-)
Thank you
Hannah

Hi Hannah,
Welcome! I usually eat almonds or a piece of fruit for snacks. Carrot sticks or pickles also work. You can try inputting many different things and get the caloric information from the food section. It helps to pull up the menu from a restaurant before you go, as many have the nutritional information on their websites.
Good luck to you!0 -
Great link! I barely glanced at the first page and saw three things I wanted to make.0
