:flowerforyou: HI!
I get a little sweet tooth every now and again. And it's normally during "tom" and it don't last always..
1- 8 pack of fun size milky way bars can take care of me for 3 days. My niece saved me on wasted cals, because she is with "tom" too.. Always stops by and hit me up, because we are in sync with eachother...
Anyway! I was wondering. Do any of the low fat healthy choice snacks works for you? I need to get "tom" sweet tooth in check..
Before the next "tom" hits.. Any "Tom" treat suggestions.. PLZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ!

Ladies, I don't care if its peppermint. Just share. It use to be 7 sucker's but now it's moved to chocolate..
HELP!

  • McKay, I am going to have to try that one. It looks great.. Thanks..
BTW.. How do you get photos to log up.. Do tell....
  • i tend to go for Hershey's milk chocolate Kisses. theyre about 22 calories each and if i suck on them and let them melt rather than chew them, they really take care of my chocolate craving. i only need 2 or 3. :)

I upload my images to imgur.com then use the code it gives me that starts with <img src. Copy that, go to your blog, click the little HTML button on the far right of your entry, paste the code there and voila!

Sugar free dark chocolate pudding - 60 cals (put a little cool whil light on top for an extra 20 cals)

(Emerald brand) Dark Chocolate sweet and salty nut mix (mostly almonds) - mmmmm - a handful for 100 cals

Dark Chocolate Dove Promises - 45 cals each

No Sugar Added Fudgsicles - 40 cals each

Philly Swirl creamsicles - 15 cals each

If you have extra calories - Weight Watchers Giant Chocolate Cone - 140 cals - these are soooooo satisfying!

Now I can handle something like this..
My milkly ways are 80 cals for 1 fun snack, but a few of your suggestions are low in cals.. I like that, and one girl suggested kisses.. And I can handle that too.. Thank you, because I'm looking low cals and low in fat ones.. And I hate munching on things loaded in fat when I done ended my calories logs for the day. I try to eat on fruit to take the sting out of the craving, but it still keeps on pushing back.... With Chocolate.... NOW!

I'm gonna give these a shot too. Anything with fiber in it is GOLD to me.. Thanks
