God Afternoon;
I am a 41yr old wife, mom, and business owner. I am very busy and involved in our community. I seem to be falling short on the protein counts that I am suppose to maintain. Can anyone give me some ideas on protein rich foods? I would like to make some friends on this website so that we can encourage each other with ideas and support. I need to loose 60 pounds as soon as possible for medical reasons. I am 60lbs over weight and have been recently diagnosed with a hernia and digenerative disc disease. My doctor says that my weight is a contributing factor to the pain I am experiencing in my abdomen. I would love to hear from you!

    Two back surgeries (discectomies), so I KNOW about the back pain, and what excess weight can do! Watch the calories (this site is great for keeping track!), lots of "little" meals, and don't forget to drink AT LEAST 8 glasses of water daily. One meal at a time...one day at a time.:smile:
