I hate when people on here are so dumb that they dont know how many calories to eat after working out. The calorie meter displays how much you need to eat even after exercising.

    Hey, I don't think that people are dumb...some people don't have anything to count the calories of their exercise....and the calories counts of MFP isn't always accurate.....

    OK not dumb but it clearly subtracts exercise and gives you a net calorie.........and anything you use wont be 100% accurate
