Anyone ever tried keeping stevia as a houseplant? Successfully?

I'm in zone 4, I wonder if it would be worth it.

  • I haven't done it as a house plant, I kill all those off. But I am thinking about planting it in my garden this year. I'm in zone 6 so it might be easier for me to grow it.

LMAO I hate gardening and stevia can be bitter so I just buy it with the bitterness extracted as a powder online, love the stuff that way!!

I love gardening, but not when I get awful results (it's a love/hate thing). :-D

I figure it is cheaper to buy it in the supplement isle at the store. $6.00 for 100 packets of pure non chemical processed stevia. I just don't use sweetners often enough to make growing my own worthwhile.
