Anybody have any good Lettuce Wrap Recipes?

    I do mexican ground beef lettuce wraps. I brown about 2-3 lbs. of ground beef, add one diced onion and diced green bell pepper. When browned, remove excess liquid/fat. Add Taco seasoning of your choice (usually two packets). Let simmer for about 5 minutes. Serve with lettuce wrap or tortilla of your choice.
